OPINION

VANCE, Justice.

We must decide whether the County Court at Law of McLennan County properly dismissed this proceeding, which had been transferred from the Constitutional County Court sitting as a probate court, for lack of jurisdiction. Because we agree that the court had no jurisdiction, we will affirm the order of dismissal.
