School District No. 111-74 is situated partly in Dakota county and partly in Scott county, Minnesota. The officers of this school district, pursuant to chapter 236, p. 232, Laws 1919, filed with the board of county commissioners of Dakota county, the verified petition of said district, asking, among other things, to have certain lands therein described and lying wholly in Dakota county, set off *318from School Districts Nos. 16, 45 and 94, and made a part of the petitioning district.
