THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion For Relief From Conditions of Confinement (hereinafter “Def.’s Mot.”). This case concerns allegations by the government that the Defendant, Ahmed Omar Abu Ali, conspired to provide and did provide material support and resources to terrorists and a foreign terrorist organization, al-Qaeda, contributed services to the foreign terrorist organization, and received funds and services from the foreign terrorist organization.
