The action in the district court was for the writ of habeas corpus. The petitioner is The Federal Trust Company, a Nebraska corporation, and claims the right to the custody of Emily J. Weston, a feeble-minded person, by virtue of its appointment as guardian of her person and estate by the county court of Lancaster county, Nebraska. The respondent, F. S.
