OPINION
HERLANDS, District Judge:
Plaintiff, 601 West 26 Córp. (“plaintiff”), moves by way of an order to show cause for a preliminary injunction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 65, prohibiting defendant Solitron Devices, Inc. (“Solitron”), and all persons acting on its behalf, from publicly issuing or disseminating any earnings and financial reports concerning Solitron until after a trial on the merits of the claims set forth in the complaint.
Plaintiff also seeks an order directing all defendants to submit to “immediate, full and complete discovery and inspection of all of their books, papers,…
