The appellee, Leah Holwerk, brought suit in the Phillips county circuit court against the appellant, Berryman Henwood, trustee for St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company, alleging that on July 31,1941, she had purchased a ticket from the said railway company from Forrest City, Arkansas, to Pine Bluff, Arkansas, having paid the passenger fare required by the company.
