Affirming.
On March 10, 1919, the appellee, T. J. Allen, instituted before Ed Hill, the county judge of Floyd comity, forcible detainer proceedings against the appellant, T. J. Cox. A trial in that court on April 7 following resulted in a verdict in favor of Allen. On the same day Oox filed a traverse before tlie county judge, but be exe - cuted no bond at that time, as required by sec. 461 of the Civil Code; but on April 9, be appeared at the court bouse in Prestonsburg and executed a paper before one W.
