Plaintiff cumulated a possessory action involving the S. W. % of N. E. % of section 4, township 17 north, range -1 east, lying south of Cheniere, a small stream, with an action to recover judgment for the value of timber alleged to have been cut and removed from the land by defendant, who is alleged to have disturbed plaintiff’s possession, and plaintiff appeals from a judgment rejecting his demands.
