FANNING, Justice.
This is an election contest brought by appellants against the designated statutory defendants challenging the declared results of an election held in the Reno Common School District in Lamar County on September 26, 1964, which election so held was on the question of whether the Powderly Rural High School District and the Reno Common District were to become consolidated.
