Musa "Moses" Musallam and Amar Ali entered into a written agreement relating to the sale of Musallam's business to Ali. Musallam refused to close, maintaining *637 that the agreement lacked essential elements of a binding contract and was thus only an agreement to agree. The case was tried to a jury.
