This was a suit by C. W. Baggett against the Liverpool & London & Globe Insurance Company, Limited, hereinafter designated as the insurance company, upon a policy issued by said company to Baggett on July 31, 1919, for $2,750, of which $1,500 was on his house at Tracy, in Milam co-unty, Tex.; $500 on household goods; and the balance on other property with which we are not concerned here. This policy was to run for three years from its date. There is no dispute as to the material facts in the case. The premium recited was $84.-50 for the entire period.'
