This is an original petition for a writ of prohibition to be issued by this court, at the relation of the Western and Atlantic Railroad Company against Hon. J. T. Willis, judge of the Chattahoochee circuit, to. prevent him from, proceeding with the trial, in Fulton superior'court, of a quo warranto proceeding brought to that court by the state of Georgia, ex relatione the attorney general of .this, state, to forfeit the charter of the company incorporated under the laws of Georgia as the Western and Atlantic Railroad Company.
