The principal question raised on this appeal is whether a prospective parolee has a constitutional right to he represented by counsel at a hearing before the Board of Parole.. Appellant Salvatore Briguglio was convicted of the crime of attempted grand larceny in the first degree. He was sentenced to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from two to four years, which he began to serve on August 5, 1966.
