In July 2001, Keith Lamar Oliver was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol to the extent that he was a less safe driver, OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (1), driving under the influence of alcohol by having an alcohol concentration of 0.10 grams or more, OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (5), and failure to maintain lane, OCGA § 40-6-48. The charges were brought in the Recorder’s Court of Gwinnett County.
