MEMORANDUM OPINION

JEFFERY A. DELLER, Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss filed by defendant, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee (“J.P. Morgan”), along with joinders to the same filed by defendants Carnegie Financial Group, Inc. (“Carnegie Financial”) and Paragon Home Lending (“Paragon”). Pursuant to the Motion to Dismiss, these defendants ask that the Court dismiss various lender liability and fraud-like causes of action filed by the debtors against the • defendants.
