This is an appeal from an order denying the motion of appellant, Sun-Ray Cloak Co., Inc., to vacate a subpoena duces tecum issued by respondent, Sol A. Rosenblatt, as arbitrator under a collective agreement entered into July 12, 1937, between the International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union, the Joint Board of Cloak, Suit, Skirt and Reefer Makers’ Union (hereinafter referred to as “ Union ”) and the Merchants’ Ladies’ Garment Association, Inc.
