Appellant, Jack Katash (Katash), appeals from a judgment against him in an unlawful detainer action.
The trial court found that Katash continued to occupy premises at 354 South Broadway in the City of Los Angeles for five months and nine days after the expiration of a written lease agreement and written lease assumption agreement entered into with respondents Eli and Lillian Sasson (collectively, Sasson).
