This action arose when plaintiff Eva Roth filed an unlawful detainer action as lessor against lessee, defendant Morton’s Chefs Services, Inc. (Chefs), which had subleased to codefendant Soto Provision, Inc. (Soto), a California corporation. In settlement of that action, judgment was rendered pursuant to a stipulation dated September 16, 1983, which was supervised by the court.
