The court has before it Cross Motions for Summary Judgment filed by the Plaintiff, Norwest Mortgage, Inc. (formerly Barclays American Mortgage Corporation) and the Debtors. The parties request this court to summarily decide whether the undisputed facts as set forth below provide a basis upon which this court can grant reformation of an instrument, thus placing Norwest Mortgage, Inc. in a first priority lien position on debtors’ residence.
