Appeal from, District Court, Woodward County; B. H. Loofbow-row, Judge. Defendants were convicted of adultery. Defendant Lucy A. Heacock was sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and defendant Sid Morris was sentenced to pay.a fine of $350, and they appealed.
