For a number of years prior to 1939, Carlisle Lumber Company owned a tract of land in Grays Harbor county consisting of three hundred twenty acres, described as the west half of section thirty-three, township twenty north, range eleven west. In this action, we are concerned more particularly with the eighty acres constituting the west half of the southwest quarter of that section together with the timber thereon.
