This ease grew out of an automobile collision occurring in the city of Knoxville, at an intersection of one of its streets, between the cars of J. H. Anderson and F. M. Innman. Mr. Anderson’s car, driven by his minor son, was crossing Cumberland avenue, when he collided with the car of Mr. Innman, driven by his chauffeur. Fortunately no one was hurt, but the car of Mr. Innman was damaged to a considerable extent, and he has brought this suit to recover for his damages.
