Before the Court is Defendants City of Pittston and Mayor Jason Flush’s Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 23) on Plaintiff Jeff Tayoun’s allegation of retaliation for speech protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. Plaintiff filed a Brief in Opposition (ECF No. 29) to the Defendants’ Motion and the issue is now ripe for disposition. For the reasons discussed below, the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment is denied.
