Appeal (transferred to this Court by order of the Appellate Division, Second Department) from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Donovan, J.) ordering equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, entered May 16, 1991 in Westchester County, upon a decision of the court.

The parties were married on February 1, 1981 and have two children, Lorin, born in 1982, and Lea, born in 1984.
