YVETTE KANE, District Judge.
Before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’-complaint. (Doc. No. 10.) For the reasons that follow, the Court will grant in part and deny in part Defendants’ motion to dismiss.

Plaintiff M.S., a female born in 1996, enrolled in the Susquehanna Township High School (STHS) within the Susquehanna Township School District (STSD), at the beginning of the 2012 calendar year.
