Defendants appeal from a decree of the court below, sitting in equity, directing them to remove so much of a certain “rain pipe 'and eaves box and soil pipe or drain, which are attached to the eastern wall of the building upon the defendants’ premises described in the bill, as projects more than two and one-half inches from the said wall” into a private alley upon which their property abuts.
