Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Hamilton County (Feldstein, J.), rendered September 25, 2013, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of rape in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

In satisfaction of a nine-count amended indictment, defendant pleaded guilty to rape in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child and waived his right to appeal.
