Respondents (plaintiffs) Wamsleys, minors, brought this action by their guardian ad litem for recovery of damages on account of the alleged wrongful death of their mother, Marian Wamsley, aged 38 years. The death of Mrs. Wamsley resulted January 15, 1966, when an automobile in which she was riding, driven by appellant (defendant) James C. Bryan, collided with a truck, driven by one Udell Anderson.
