This matter arises out of defendant’s arrest for driving while intoxicated, in violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 (2). Defendant raises two issues concerning the validity of the initial stop, for allegedly failing to begin signaling an intention to turn “during not less than the last 100 feet traveled by the vehicle before turning,” in violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1163 (b).
