ORDER DISMISSING PLAINTIFF’S COMPLAINT

KAY, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Defendants International Longshore & Warehouse Union, Local 142 and Eusebio Lapenia, Jr.’s (collectively “Defendants”) Motion for Summary Judgment, filed March 20, 2003 (“Defendants’ MSJ”). Plaintiff Nicanor E. Casumpang, Jr. opposes the motion.
