This is a suit for divorce, alimony and counsel fees, brought in the chancery court of Hickman County, by Mrs. Sallie E. Russell against her husband, ¥m. A. Russell.

On final hearing, the chancellor decreed that the bonds of matrimony subsisting between complainant and defendant be absolutely and forever dissolved, and that complainant be vested with all the rights of an unmarried woman, and that her former name, Sallie E.
