MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN T. LANEY, III, Bankruptcy Judge.

On January 29, 2003, the court conducted a trial on the Complaint of Sarah P. McGinnis (“Plaintiff’) Against Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (“Defendant”) for determination of whether her student loan debt is dischargeable as an undue hardship under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8). At the conclusion of trial, the Court took the matter under advisement.
