This suit was brought by Roy A. Taylor, the plaintiff in error, against the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, who will be designated herein as the defendant company, to recover upon a certain burglary insurance policy for the sum af $5,000. The said policy was issued on January 19, 1920, by the defendant company through its duly authorized agent Lowery, Finch & Co., a partnership firm composed of Lowery, Finch, Belcher, and Sibley.
