The School District of Philadelphia (District) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (trial court) denying motions for post-trial relief and motions for reconsideration filed by the District after the trial court, in an ex 'parte trial, found the District liable for injuries sustained by Tylisha Williams (Williams).
