MEMORANDUM OPINION
LEWIS, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Emergency Motion to Remand to State Court, (Dkt. No. 2), filed on March 18,-2012. A hearing was held on March 22, 2012. For the reasons that follow, the Court will grant Plaintiffs’ Motion and remand this matter to the Superi- or Court of the Virgin Islands.
