SNYDER, Judge.

The plaintiff-appellant, Nicholas Mondel-li, received a jury verdict of $7,000 against defendant-respondent, Saline Sewer Company (Saline), as damages for its interference with appellant’s access road easement. The trial court granted respondent’s motion for a new trial on the basis of an improper instruction and appellant appealed. The judgment is affirmed.
