In an action to quiet title the trial court made findings in favor of the plaintiff and from the judgment entered thereon the defendants appealed. In support of their appeal the defendants prepared a purported bill of exceptions. Later they presented the purported bill to the trial court and several hearings were had and numerous arguments were made. The matter was finally continued until February 17, 1936.
