REINHARD, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals from an order of the trial court granting defendant’s motion to dismiss. We affirm.

Plaintiff filed her petition against defendant alleging that on January 2, 1979, while she was performing her duties as an employee of defendant, she sustained a serious and permanent injury compensable under the workmen’s compensation statute; that from January 2, 1979 to February 1, 1979, plaintiff was under the care and treatment of physicians provided by defendant; that on February 1, 1979, she returned to work but was restricted in her activities and duties which she could…
