Plaintiff Coram Healthcare Corporation (“Coram”), a Delaware corporation, and defendant Aetna U.S. Healthcare, Inc., (“Aetna”), a Pennsylvania corporation, were parties to a written Master Agreement which called for Coram to provide home healthcare services to members of Aetna’s HMO plans.
