Corriero, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered October 10, *2672007, convicting defendant of attempted assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and petit larceny, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an aggregate term of 2 to 4 years, unanimously affirmed.
