A jury convicted appellant of aggravated kidnapping. Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 20.04. The trial court assessed appellant’s punishment at life imprisonment. *259The Tenth Court of Appeals affirmed appellant’s conviction. Fowler v. State, 958 S.W.2d 853 (Tex.App.—Waco 1997).
