—Judgment unanimously reversed, on the law and facts, with costs, and complaint dismissed. Denman, J., not participating. Memorandum: Defendants-appellants James R. Wheeler, Beverly A. Wheeler, Agnes Bauer, Gordon D. Bauer, and Bryan Bauer appeal from a judgment directing that they specifically perform an alleged contract entered into by them with plaintiffs to convey a summer camp at the price of $13,500.
