OPINION

HERNANDEZ, Judge.

Defendant Lawrence Rodriguez (the other two defendants having been dismissed), a licensed chiropractor, of Fair-view, New Mexico, appeals from a jury verdict against him for alleged medical malpractice resulting in four fractured ribs in his patient, the plaintiff.
