OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Y.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 31.07. The punishment was assessed by the jury at six (6) years’ imprisonment.

At the very outset we are confronted with appellant’s grounds of error that the court improperly admitted evidence of extraneous offenses over timely objection.
