This is an original application for a writ of supervisory control seeking to annul certain orders made by the district court of Silver Bow county in a probate proceeding in the matter of the estate of John Hamilton, deceased.

John Hamilton in his lifetime was a resident of New Castle-on-Tyne, England, and died testate on December 10, 1931. The relatrix Clara Hamilton is his surviving widow. The re-lators Jane Plews, Frazier Hamilton, Clara Hamilton and William Robson Hamilton are the children of John Hamilton, deceased.
