ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS
RICARDO S. MARTINEZ, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court for consideration of defendant KIRO-TV’s motion to dismiss and motion pursuant to RCW 4.24.525 to strike claims. Dkt. # 7. For the reasons set forth below, the motion to dismiss shall be granted, and the motion to strike shall be denied as moot.
