McGIVERIN, Justice.

Plaintiff Fraternal Order of Eagles, Waterloo Aerie No. 764 (Eagles), and interve-nor Betty Jane Fournier, as administrator of the estate of Brian Keith Webber, deceased, appeal from a summary judgment for defendant Illinois Casualty Company in a declaratory action seeking to increase defendant’s liability to Eagles for a judgment previously entered in favor of interve-nor against Eagles in a dram shop action. We affirm.
