AMENDED OPINION AND ORDER ON MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

I. Preliminary Statement
This matter is before the Court upon the Motion for Sanctions (“Motion”) filed by Kelli S. Holman, the debtor in this Chapter 7 case. Debtor’s Motion seeks an order of this Court citing Cash Cars in contempt for allegedly violating the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362(a). Debtor requests that the Court award her compensatory and punitive damages as well as attorney’s fees.
