This is the Court’s motion 1 to hold the City of Long Beach (“Long Beach”), David N. Hilgendorff, Corporation Counsel of the City of Long Beach and Robert C. Harrington, Treasurer of the City of Long Beach, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Respondents”) in contempt for having knowingly and willfully violated the automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. section 362(a). 2 For the reasons set forth below, the Court finds Long Beach and David N.
