Suit was instituted by the plaintiff below, appellant here, for the recovery of the sum of f900, alleged to be due as rental for the use of a farm occupied by defendants Neilson, appellees, as tenants under a written lease for a term of years. The rent claimed to be due was for th,e full year beginning March 1, 1895, and the'flrst half of the year beginning March 1, 1896.
